For all deliveries around Uganda, we use our delivery agents. Our delivery means include a motorcycle, tricycle, or a truck.

How much is the shipping and delivery?

NOTE: We share only your contact information specifically your name and phone number with the party to deliver your item. Therefore, you should expect a delivery personnel or a courier service to contact you as soon as your order is ready for delivery.

All prices of the products on this website include delivery fees.

How long does my order take to arrive?

It takes a minimum of 1 business day and maximum of 8 business days to get your ordered item delivered to you.

Does Mzuri Express Appliances Uganda ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. We deliver only within Uganda. You can order an item from anywhere in the world but the delivery location should be within Uganda.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
